7 Food Challenge
This program was designed as a health program, and not a weight loss program. You do however lose weight while doing it. The weight loss will range from little to significant.
The 7 Food Challenge program came about as a result of all our modern-day diet and health issues. Through research and my own personal experience, I have discovered how certain foods influence our bodies – negatively and positively. Since 2012, I have coached more than 400 people. I have observed through each of these experiences how it is possible to lose weight fast when the hormonal balance in our bodies is re-established.
It has been amazing to me just how quickly we can restore this balance, with food that our bodies can cope with. I have seen over and over again how these same foods are identified as responsible for weight gain and resultant health problems. Every person’s response is different, but I have observed many of my clients lose weight fast when they eat the right foods, at the right times of day, prepared the right way.
The 7 Food Challenge Program program omits a selection of foods from your daily life for a specified number of days. Then through a controlled process, we assist you to evaluate your food responses. It is our greatest desire for you to be able to make better choices, for a healthy lifestyle, to eliminate issues such as leaky gut, inflammation, insulin intolerance and type II diabetes to mention a few, which are related to our intolerance toward these foods.
