Weight Loss – Dangers You Might Not Be Aware Of
I was a walking disaster, not even aware (or perhaps not willing to see) just how unhealthy I had become. I wanted every short cut or pill to work for me. They didn’t (or if they did, it was not sustainable).
Over the years I became worse and worse. BUT – NO LONGER! My life has changed for the better after finally making a decision to find a healthy solution rather than the next ‘quick fix’.

Ever suffered from unbearable pain in your heels? My wife did for quite a few years before going on our program. An American doctor discovered that the feet of dieters were found to have lost important structural fat during dieting episodes, which did not return, even when re-gaining weight after going back to old eating habits.
What makes me believe this? My wife’s feet pain disappeared completely while following our program in 2012 and the problem has not recurred since then.
Also, with yo-yo dieting, every time you go on a diet and lose weight and gain it back, you are lowering your body’s internal thermostats and internal body weight set point. Every time you diet to lose weight, your metabolism slows. You need to re-set your ‘weight set point’.
