Our Weight Loss Programs

We have a range of programs available for our clients to choose from. The required goal, time line and commitment largely determine which program is best suited.

We offer programs designed to assist you to lose weight if you choose a non-exercise option, a light to medium exercise option or an option for extreme-exercise. There is a stricter eating program for the person that believes they have the strength and discipline to follow this, to the shaped program that starts off easier and then progresses to a stricter approach towards the end of the program.

Our Weight Loss Programs

Core

This is a strictly a non-exercising program. The Core Program is a caloric-based eating plan only. Each plan is designed for the individual personally based on current weight, goal weight, age, sex, medical conditions and other personal attributes. Once the program is issued, there is no adjustment to the eating plan or strategy.

Premier

This is our top notch non-exercising program. The Premier Program is based on a caloric based eating foundation, and (as required) uses multiple eating strategies, including intermittent fasting and ‘cheat’ meals and gramage modifications. Each plan is designed for the individual based on current weight, goal weight, age, sex, medical conditions and other personal attributes.

This is a shaped program where you will be monitored and adjustments made to the plan to assist your progress. Using the weekly reports from you, we decide how to activate changes and other strategies to assist your progress, if required. We coach you through to the end of your program.

Supreme

This is our top notch exercising based program. On this program you have agreed to exercise a certain amount of hours per week. We also factor in your normal lifestyle and working conditions. Please adhere to the requirements agreed to. The Supreme Program is based on a caloric based eating foundation, and (as required) uses multiple eating strategies, including intermittent fasting and ‘cheat’ meals and gramage modifications. Each plan is designed for the individual based on current weight, goal weight, age, sex, medical conditions and other personal attributes.

Upgrade

You may begin on a Core or Premier program and then upgrade (Core to Premier or Supreme and Premier to Supreme). The difference in the two programs is that the Core program is a more affordable caloric-based eating plan that is designed for you. The Premier program is shaped and uses many health and weight loss techniques to assist you achieve your goal.

Program Enhancement

There is only one program that allows for an enhancement, and that is the Supreme program. How it works is, if you choose to do say 4 to 6 hours a week then want to increase to 8 to 12 or 14 plus hours per week, we have to re-do the calculations for your program. A fee is charged for this. We therefore request that you choose carefully at the onset when you are discussing this with us.

Consultations

At your initial consultation we will explain how the different programs work and how they best work for you.

The consultation-based weight loss program is for those individuals who cannot afford the once-off cost of the other programs. It only deals with one aspect of the program at a time, so does not necessarily achieve the same results, as quickly. The consultations are usually once weekly.
